He was incredibly supportive while helping me navigate a challenging Audi issue and consistently checked in to make sure everything was being handled properly. I never felt left in the dark, his communication and follow-through were outstanding.I also want to acknowledge the General Manager, who was equally impressive. He was very understanding of the situation and genuinely willing to work with us to help manage the expense, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.This level of care, transparency, and teamwork is exactly what you hope for at a dealership. Thanks to Alex and the management team for turning a tough issue into a positive experience. Highly recommend! |
