| Summary: Put down a $2K deposit in December to hold a vehicle for a few days until I could view it in person. Ended up not purchasing it and it sold to a different customer a few days later. Still haven't received my deposit back despite my salesman, Brad S., telling me on multiple occasions that finance was going to contact me to initiate the refund. Still waiting. |

| Summary: I had a great experience visiting Porsche Tallahassee. Hayden Cuevas was extremely helpful throughout the process, he took us on a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the brand and all of the vehicles. He made everything easy to understand and never made us feel pressured.
Although I ended up going a different route, Haydens customer service really stood out and made the visit worthwhile. I would definitely recommend asking for him if youre considering a Porsche! |

| Summary: Visited the dealership and was greeted by Hayden C. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the 911 I was interested in. Hayden was eager to help and I didn't feel pressure to buy the car on the spot. He gave me his business card and allowed me to "shop around" the dealership. I will be back to visit this dealership in the future. |

| Summary: I worked with Cullen to purchase a pre-owned vehicle for my mother. He understood my needs and helped me get the deal together with as little stress as possible. I would absolutely work with him again on another car deal. He provided me with out the door pricing as requested and handled the deal professionally from start to finish. I was offered extras without any pressure to purchase. |

| Summary: I typically do business with the Destin Florida Porsche location. They did not have any 2026 Macon in stock. I searched around and located several options at the Tallahassee Florida Porsche Capitaleurocars. I called the dealership and was connected to Brad Snyder (salesman). Brad was very gracious from the beginning, very knowledgeable, and was very patient. I also had the pleasure to be introduced to Brock Koller, (the sales manager), and Janice Gibson, (the finance services manager). They all treated me with the upmost respect, were very friendly, and the process was seamless.!! I highly recommend Brad Synder if youre looking for a vehicle! |

| Summary: Hayden Cuevas provided excellent customer service and really went the extra miles for me in the purchase of my 2022 Turbo S. He made everything work out on a difficult time line. He delivered the car to me in Destin from Tallahassee.
The Car is incredible and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend his services again. Your dealership is lucky to have him. Also thanks to Bryan Huey and his help with this deal. |

| Summary: I recently visited Porsche Tallahassee and had the opportunity to test drive a Cayenne GTS and spend time reviewing the Macan GTS with Cullen. He was well-informed, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about the Porsche lineup. I appreciated the detailed walkthrough and the time dedicated to exploring both models.
Im approaching the decision thoughtfully, and the Macan GTS remains at the top of my list. When the timing aligns, I look forward to reconnecting and continuing the conversation. |
