This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive stopped at this dealership, most times Ive either dealt with a salesperson who was unprofessional; arrogant, stereotypical salesperson or just immature.
Robert was an exception. He was attentive and knowledgeable. Although Ive bought two Hondas in the past 2 years, this time I did not buy (through no fault of Roberts, I almost bought strictly because he said was attentive) but this vehicle just missed the mark in too many categories.
Erin was great over the phone, Robert was great in-person. I will stop back in the future based on the service of those two.
Avoid the other salesman who brags about his sales awards. He made it apparent he could care less about the safety of kids or customer service. |

Antoun goes out of his way to help obtain the exact car you want! He even came in on his day off to meet me and help me make my deal! His assistant Renee, is also a great young lady to work with. If you are interested in buying a new, or used Honda, seek out Antoun Ibrahim youll be happy with the results! |
