| Summary: I am very happy with the attention I received at Lia Honda when I went in for service. Lori Bruner took care of me. She's very personable and not at all pushy. In looking over the recommended services, she let me know what the more pressing items were and what could wait for the next visit. I appreciated her honesty and friendly demeaner! I even got to see a picture of her new grandson:) |

| Summary: Went in for the annual safety inspection (NYS required) and to have the snow tires and rims put on in place of the 3 season tires and rims. They found that the alignment was off and did that also. Very happy with dealing with the dealer and my service writer, Laurie Bruner who always takes great care of me and my vehicles. |

| Summary: Me and my husband went in to trade in our car and were very pleased with how easy the process was and how helpful the staff were. Caleb Mitchell was our salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, open and friendly throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had as quickly as possible and kept us updated on everything that was going on. We will 100% be coming back for future car needs. |
