| Summary: Another very good experience at Lia Honda and their service representative Vincent Marrale who moved my appt along knowing the weather was deteriorating quickly and I had a bit of a ride home. He explained the work done, and the work recommended and did not push to have it done on the same day. Very professional, and very sensitive to my needs. Thanks! |

My service writer, Laurie Bruner, was able to get 2 new tires installed, the alignment done and get me out and on my way home on very short notice. She always takes care of me and my cars, very happy with her and the dealership |

| Summary: 1. If I needed a loaner car, they would charge me 50.00 a day after spending 3000.00 on repairs! 2. They gave me an Uber, twice they put in my wrong address, the first Uber was at my home picking me up and I was at Lia honda. The next time, they put in my wrong address so we had to stop and call and start all over again. 3. While I received the text of what needed to be fixed on my car, no one came out to talk to me. Finally I had to go talk to the service guy. 4. I asked the guy is it better to lease or buy a car and his answer was the lease deals haven't been good. I lease from Chevy!!! Your in a Honda Dealership and your telling me to switch over to Chevy! Inappropriate. 5. I found the service guy Bobbie to be in a rush and not explain information unless I asked. I would not bring my car back unless my work that's under warranty needed to go back. I will stay with Ray Laks Honda! Very disappointed. |

| Summary: Lia's service department is the best around. No complaints or up sales. Everything is always explained and I know leaving my car, now 13 years old, received proper service. It's the .17 little things like using a new crushed washer that is worth the few extra bucks knowing things are done right unlike at quick places such as Delta Sonic. |
