We just brought home our new CRV. It's beautiful! The entire experience was wonderful! Our sales person was Robert. Down to earth, kind and friendly. We were comparing a different car elsewhere, but Robert turned the tables with his knowlege about different cars. The CRV was easy to operate and had a smooth quiet ride. My husband and I feel the cost was reasonable and a good investment of our money. The finance manager really listened to what our financial situation was. I had a great experience with Andrew Woiccak at Lia Honda. My husband and I went there knowing exactly what we wanted and Andrew was very helpful. Everything went smoothly from the test drive to the actual purchase. There was no pressure. I would recommend both Andrew and Lia Honda to family and friends.

I brought my 2 year old vehicle in for a supplemental restraint light that has been on and off since I purchased the vehicle from a dealer in Rochester. I scheduled the appointment online which nobody ever reached out to schedule so I was very thankful they could fit me in when I showed up. The appointment was scheduled under warranty but upon inspection they deemed the sensor had been tampered with by an outside source although 0 work has ever been done on my car. No additional warranty work offered for active recalls. Despite several safety recall bulletins, I was made to pay $217 for them just to look at the wiring on a vehicle covered under Honda warranty and before 36,000 miles. I asked for them to review my warranty coverage and was told theres no way to do that because it was bought at another dealer. 100% dissatisfied by my 5 hours spent there.

I always have the best service at Lia Honda! They took care of a safety recall that Honda issued for my 2019 Honda civic. While they worked on that, I also had an oil change done. They sent me a video with all the information about my car when they inspected it. They worked quickly, and efficiently and I was very happy with my service! Highly recommend Lia Honda!

I came in for emergency tire repair on a crappy snowy day. Lourie Bruner is my go to service rep and she was able to help me quickly and very helpfully. Tires and alignment and got the car back the next day. Excellent!
