| Summary: Nick and Simon were great to work with. I was somewhat overwhelmed looking at vehicles, since it had been a while since I needed a new car. Simon, my salesman, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and took time to explain things to me and wasn't pushy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Nick, the finance manager, spent a lot of time with me. He made sure that I understood the financial aspect of my purchase. He explained all options for me and was able to seal the deal quick and easy. These two young men are great examples of how class-act customer service is supposed to be. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much Nick and Simon. You are the BEST! I totally love my new car!!!!! |

| Summary: I was in a pickle with my old car and needed to get a new one and take it home same day. I called many dealerships all day and nobody had a car I could lease and take home same day. I called Lia Honda and Simon answered, he told me to come right on in and said hell take care of me. Simon was absolutely wonderful from the second I walked through the door, he got me a great deal for a brand new lease AND I took it home same day. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Simon and Lia Honda, I will forever be a Lia Honda customer.:) |
