| Summary: My experience with this dealership started off strong but ended in complete disappointment. I purchased a 3-year-old Certified Pre-Owned CR-V from them, expecting the quality and integrity that come with a certified Honda. Within just a couple of weeks, the brakes started making an awful, horn-like noise something Ive only ever heard from garbage trucks.
This was confusing because the dealership told me they had just installed brand new brakes and rotors before the sale. When I called, they told me Id have to bring the car in for them to look at it. I live over an hour and a half away, so I had to take time off work to do this. After inspecting it, they told me nothing was wrong with the brakes. When I pressed for an explanation about the noise, they casually mentioned that they had installed aftermarket brakes not genuine Honda parts.
They admitted that this was typical for their pre-owned vehicles because aftermarket parts are cheaper. In other words, they save money while the customer gets stuck with subpar components even on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that should meet Hondas quality standards. Despite my concerns and the obvious issue, they refused to replace the brakes or even provide OEM parts so I could have them replaced elsewhere.
This experience completely undermined my trust in this dealership. If youre expecting transparency, quality, or accountability, look elsewhere. I will never buy from this dealership again, and I strongly caution others to do their research before trusting them with a purchase. |

As always, the her team was very, very helpful about giving the vehicle a thorough once-over. I've used this dealership since moving to New York, and I see no reason to change. They are some of the most professional folks I've dealt with. |
