| Summary: I went to this dealership for an oil change and brake fluid service. I had booked my appointment online and added a coupon that showed up during the booking process. However, when I arrived, they asked me to sign the paperwork, and the total amount didnt include the coupon discount.
I mentioned it to the lady at the counter and showed her both the online booking and my paper copy of the coupon. She assured me that the discount would be applied at the time of payment. But when I came back to pay, she wasnt there, and the discount still hadnt been applied. I had to bring it up again to the person helping me, and only then did they apply the coupon.
The service work itself was good, but the billing experience was disappointing. It felt like I had to push to get the discount I was already entitled to. Overall, the service quality was fine, but the front desk communication and billing process could be much more transparent and customer-friendly. |

| Summary: We picked up my moms car today for her . It was towed there following her first drive in 2 months due to a surgery. They charged her 1,400 for all new brake rotors front and back. And cleaned the brake pads. The car is a 2024 Honda civic with less than 12,000 miles. She panicked when she heard the noise. What a shame to steel from our seniors. The car just needed to be driven. |

| Summary: This is a very easy place to buy a car. I got a great deal on my trade in and my service man was great. I went in at 12:30 and drove out with a car at 2pm. No pressure salesman or service manager. I would certainly buy a car at this dealership again. |
