| Summary: I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic hybrid from Kong Gao at Lia Honda and the level of customer service was outstanding! Kong made me feel welcomed and valued my business and went above and beyond to make sure I got the color (boost blue) and trim (Touring hatchback) of my choice. He worked closely with the Manager Tony to help offer me the best possible deal. I was also delighted they did not pressure me to buy add on's like Nitrogen filled tires or paint protection like the dealership in Orchard Park. I reside in Hamburg and it was worth the extra time to drive to Lia Honda for a fantastic car buying experience! |
