Ryan listened to my complaints, assured me theyd do all they could and didnt stop until the issues had been fixed and the car was good to go. Between my relatives and I, weve purchased at least 5 cars from their other locationsI went there twice this week, the last time, I spent 15 minutes walking around the car I was interested in, walked around the showroom, made myself a cup of coffee and in all that time, not one single person greeted me or offered to help.
Do yourself a favor - go to one of their other locations and ask for Claude or Kevin Commissioning or Steve Simpsonconsistently impeccable customer service from those gentlemen. |
