| Summary: We had an extremely frustrating experience with Capital Volvo Tallahassee. From the beginning, it felt like we were getting a complete runaround. Over the course of 4 days, we received inaccurate finance sheets multiple timeswith incorrect taxes and totalsand it was surprisingly difficult to get clear, consistent information.
Communication was also a major issue. It was very hard to get a call back, and we often had to chase updates ourselves just to move things forward. Despite being fully approved and ready to put 50% down, we were stuck waiting on a corrected final finance sheet.
On Saturday morning at 9am, our salesman told us he wasnt busy and would send the corrected finance sheet right away so we could send over payment and complete the purchase. After waiting for hours and trying to follow up, we ultimately received a text message saying the car had been sold while we were waiting.
We even asked about another vehicle, but management showed little interest in making the situation right.
We ended up purchasing through Volvo Cars North Miami, and the experience was completely differentseamless, accurate, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The numbers were correct the first time, communication was clear, and the entire process was quick and easy (including delivery).
If youre considering Capital Volvo Tallahassee, be awareit was unnecessarily difficult to get basic information or complete a purchase. We highly recommend Volvo North Miami instead. Its absolutely worth the small delivery fee. |

| Summary: I had an amazing experience last weekend with Sebastian Cebolleros help. He contacted me within a couple hours of showing interest in a Volvo XC60 online, despite it being after normal business hours, and was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The dealership was clean, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. Sebastian made the car buying process so smooth and worked with me to get a great deal and trade in value. I was so impressed with the experience it was worth the 2.5 hour drive there and back. I would recommend Capital Volvo to anyone interested in purchasing a new car even if it means taking a day trip to get there. |

| Summary: I had the best car buying experience this past weekend at Capital Volvo. Sebastian Cebollero was knowledgeable and made the process as easy as possible. The day went smoothly and much faster than anticipated as I was nervous to spend my whole Saturday at the dealership (in and out in 2.5 hours!) I would recommend anyone looking for a Volvo check out the dealership and work with Sebastian. I was highly impressed with his professionalism and ability to make the deal without feeling pressured. I am ecstatic with my new Volvo XC60 and it was a pleasure working with him to buy my dream car. |

| Summary: Capital Volvo Cars: Where do I start. I was looking to buy one of my dream cars, Cadillac. I found the perfect car on their website and called the number listed. Two rings and someone answered. She directed me to Junior Perez, the best car dealer Ive ever met. A very kind person, walked me through things over the phone, we made a date to meet at the dealership, he made sure the car was ready for me when I got there, shook my hand, offered me and my dad a water. Then when it came to the time to purchase the car he helped walk me through everything and worked his magic to make sure the car was in my price bracket. They filled the car with gas and detailed it before I drove off. I went to several other dealerships and none of them treated me as well as they did. Special shout out to Junior Perez for being the best, Micheal for being another best, and Mr Mike for being a great manager. Thank you gentleman 25 out of 5 stars!! |

| Summary: We were very fortunate to find a sincerely helpful and knowledgeable Salesperson named Mr. Austin Lucas. We met via text and arranged a meeting for last Saturday. We love the 2025 Volvo XC60 Plus and got full value for our trade in vehicle not to mention the competitive sales price on our new car. Mr. Austin Lucas is everything we hoped for in a buying experience. The whole dealership staff are so kind and the facility is modern and clean. The Finance Department is truly helpful and shares information clearly, accurately and with out any pressure to purchase available options. If you are car shopping I suggest that you do it here. |

| Summary: Just had a great buying experience this past Saturday. Mr. Austin Lucas was the sales person who helped us find a great CPO XC60 and gave us top dollar on the trade in. He is a great communicator and very helpful. Ask for Austin and thank me later.
The Finance Office experience was excellent and very informative. Every single employee I spoke with was kind, helpful and professional. The facility itself is clean, modern and comfortable. I have bought so many cars, trucks and motorcycles in my life and this dealership is the best buying experience ever. I strongly recommend buying here. |
