| Summary: If I could give zero stars, I would. My car was at Crown Collision Center for TEN weeks, and when I picked it up, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. My brand-new white car came back with widespread corrosion spots from industrial fallout, multiple new scratches, and a rear bumper diffuser that was still loose even though they claimed it had been tightened.
Not only did they take an unreasonable amount of time, but the quality of care and lack of consistent updates on vehicle repair was completely unacceptable. After such a frustrating experience, there was no offer of compensationno discount, no complimentary service, not even a simple car washto acknowledge the massive inconvenience and the condition they returned my car in.
I honestly wish I had never chosen this collision center and I will not be returning for any future repairs. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. |
