| Summary: My Audi Q7 was in need of some paint restoration/repair work due to the excessive use of my vehicle. Jenn Smith was my estimator/advisor and from our first meeting to the delivery of my vehicle she did an incredible job of providing me with repair options and with regular updates on the repair progress. She even allowed me to keep my vehicle there an extra 10 days after it was completed as we were out of town! I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Jenn and the entire Crown Collision team and highly recommend them. |

| Summary: Johnnie Popwell is the best!!! From start to finish he provided me with exceptional service! The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Johnnie Popwell was incredible throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation feel stress free. I was truly impressed by his communication and never felt like I was waiting for answers. He knew I didnt have a rental car and did everything he could to work with the Crown Collision team and insurance to get my car back as quickly as he could. I highly recommend Crown Collision Center and Johnnie to anyone needing collision repair. Hopefully I dont have another accident anytime soon but if I do Ill definitely return to see Johnnie at Crown Collision! |

| Summary: Its a scary and chaotic situation after a car accident. You have to answer a lot of big and important questions. When the insurance company asks where you want to take your car tell them you want the best which is known as Crown Collision Center. Crown Collision Center understands what you the customer are going through. They understand how insurance companies can be during your process. Its nice to know you have a team like David and his people who have your back and return your car to Factory specs. I was very pleased with the workmanship and experience they have at Crown Collision Center. Thanks to them, my vehicle is back on the road again. Thank you all very very much. |
