| Summary: Very excellent experience with the Crown Collision Center in Saint Petersburg FL. I was completely horrified that my second biggest investment was in a collision. My confidence was quickly restored after meeting with Chris Perez at the Crown Collision Center. She was quick to inspect my vehicle and come up with a plan to repair. She worked flawlessly with my insurance company after finding multiple supplements. She was able to accommodate all of my specific requests and hit the nail on the head with every single thing. Communication was top notch during this entire process. Now my vehicle has been returned, I'm extremely impressed by the quality of work done to my truck. Thank you Chris Perez and the entire team at the Crown Collision Center! You will always be my go to! |

| Summary: Five stars across the board. My car was hit and I had to get the door replaced and part of the frame fixed. After getting my car back, I can't even tell I was in an accident.
Jose Alvarez was the manager for my repair, he did an excellent job, clear about everything, with constant updates. If you need major repairs, bring your vehicle here. |
