I bought a rearview Mirror from the parts department. Franklin was a huge help on the phone, and the staff on property were helpful. I was outside struggling to put the part on, and two nice men stopped to help me I didnt catch their name, but I was so grateful. Awesome Staff!

I brought my Tacoma for an extended cranking issue. the service was terrible. I called beforehand to ensure they would be able to diagnose the problem, even though it was happening only once every 1 - 2 weeks, so I wouldn't be wasting my time. I was very annoyed when I get there, because just about everyone who approached me, spoke to me in spanish, even though I am a non-hispanic. I was so annoyed. I told the service person before leaving my Tacoma, that I do not have a battery issue (it's new), and please do not disconnect power to my pioneer headunit, because I didn't want to lose the settings that were saved in it. After waiting 2 hrs for a diagnosis, I was sent to the service manager, John Lino, and was told that I have an electrical short, and they need time to find the cause, and he assured me that i would get a call at 2:30pm. I decided to leave my truck, and allow them more time to diagnose. I never received the call, but received a text @ 3pm, saying that my truck was ready for invoicing, and decided to head back. When I returned, John told me that they couldn't reproduce the long crank, and that it wouldn't make sense spending a long time trying to resolve the short issue. I was so annoyed that I decided to take the truck and leave. When I got in my truck to leave, I noticed that my pioneer radio would not power on. Neither would my factory digital clock display. When I brought it to John Lino's attention, he told me that his guys never touched my radio or clock, as if i either brought it in that way, or it went dead on its own. He said even though they didn't touch them, he'd have his guy look at it. After waiting over half an hour, my truck was brought back, with the clock working, and my radio as well, but programmed in spanish. I asked John why is the radio working now, and he lied to me by saying that a fuse was missing from the back of my pioneer radio. I told him that was a lie, because it was on, when I bought it to the service representative, before they drove off with it. He still refused to take any accountability for his guy's mistake, and stuck to his lie. I have leased 2 vehicles from this dealership, and have come to service my toyota vehicles for many years, and have never experienced this. After this experience, I will never come back to this dealership, ever again. They are very dishonest, and only care about taking money from your pocket. They do not care about the customer. They have just lost a loyal customer. They do not represent the Toyota brand in a positive manner at all. Their customer service is truly lacking. I really want to give 0 stars. NEVER AGAIN!!
