| Summary: Ive tried to get a recall on my Jeep setup multiple times and the service advisors never answer the phone our return phone calls. They had allegedly added me to the list of back ordered recall parts months ago but apparently that wasnt true either.
Update: to the GM which replied, your team never told me to bring the vehicle in for an inspection to validate the recall. This must mean there are bigger disconnects at your dealership you are unaware of. |

| Summary: I own a 2022 Wagoneer and have been having it serviced at Crown Chattanooga with a fight every time. I left yesterday and scheduled an oil change at Crown Cleveland and what a difference. Hanna and DJ made it so easy that I will drive an hour to get our cars serviced by them. This is the best experience I have had since we bought our car. Thanks so much |
