| Summary: My experience with Dimmit Cadillac for service work was excellent. Nobody likes to wait for their service work to be done but this was as pleasant and pain free as it can be. Brian Fisher was the service rep and he did an excellent job letting me know right at check in when the car should be ready and what to expect. He even let me know regarding the progress of the work as it was being done. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. If you need service, this is your place to go. I don't have any experience with their sales people but I will probably give them a try based on my service experience, |
