| Summary: Dropping to three stars for last few visits. I used to love this place. However the last few times Ive been here the wait has gotten longer and longer. Ive been in the waiting room for three hours for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. The fact that they got my car right in and the waiting room is not full at all makes it even worse. I have not gotten a single update about the work either and I know Honda will ask about that on their follow up survey. At the 2.5 hour mark I inquired and they went to my car and realized they forgot something! My last trip here for just an oil change and inspection was an hour and a half. Im going to drive a little bit farther to another service department that actually does the work in a reasonable amount of time. It will still save a ton of time in the long run. It never used to be this way.
Original Review: We moved here a year ago with two "newish" Honda hybrids and needed a place to get regular service. We found Lia Honda on the first try. They are honest about what is needed and what is not and it's super easy to get an appointment at a time that suits our needs. We plan on continuing to service our cars there. |

| Summary: Friendly, prompt, and professional. Oh, and donuts are back. Not that I have anything against fresh fruit, but the donuts were a welcomed surprise!
Brought my car in for state inspection, oil change, and factory recall. Worked with Alyx Gonch, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and in a reasonable time I was heading out. Donuts arrived just in time!
2026 Update
Brought my 2019 CRV in for scheduled maintenance. Steve Smith was my service rep and was excellent as always, though it had been quite a while that I have worked with Steve. |
