| Summary: Recently bought a new car here a few weeks ago and big shoutout to JohnHenry Phillips. He was amazing!!! I told him what i was looking for in a car and he got me exactly what i wanted and more. Very easy and stress free process, JohnHenry handled everything all i had to do was pick up the car when it was ready and i was out of the dealership within a few minutes. If you ever need anything go see JohnHenry he's the man!!! |

| Summary: We recently purchased a Toyota Rav4 LE from Lia Toyota of Colonie. We were treated extremely well from all staff. Our salesperson was Makenzie Rieves who was new but extremely knowledgeable. Listened to all our needs and helped us through the process from testing driving (I was very nervous) to purchase. We worked with the financial department and another person who went through all the features of this car before we drove away. I would recommend Lia Toyota and Makenzie to anyone looking to buy a car. Makenzie we will be back when.we decide to replace our old Toyota Highlander. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We are loving our Rav4!! |

Ive had my car for 7 months and I absolutely LOVE it. The Toyota crown is 110% the best car I have ever driven. She can answer all the questions you have and makes the dreaded process as easy as possible! |

| Summary: I highly recommend doing business with JohnHenry Phillips. He is a top notch sales consultant who truly cares about his customers & providing the best possible experience from start to finish & beyond.
I was impressed from the start with his overall knowledge, work ethic, & attitude. He has a nice way about him - very easy to talk to, & goes the extra mile to make you feel like a VIP. He's definitely an asset to Lia Toyota & I look forward to working with him in the future.
Also, want to mention Andrew Small who helped with setting up the multimedia. He was knowledgeable, very happy to help, & took the time to answer any questions.
Both JohnHenry & Andrew said to call if I needed further help. Dealing with both of them was a very positive experience.
Two days later, I had a call from JohnHenry - he was checking in to see how the car was & if I had any questions. I didn't, but he said to call anytime if I did.
Now that's going the extra mile!
All in all, a job well done by all. |
