| Summary: Absolutely terrible customer service! My wife and I purchased a Durango from them around two years ago. On the test drive we noticed peanut butter or something of the sort smeared on the rear seat. We brought this up to our salesman and he assured us it would be fully detailed. We pick the vehicle up and guess what!? Peanut butter was still on the seat! Flash forward to now, we purchase a new vehicle closer to home. We were told we could possibly get a refund on remaining balance of the extended warranty we purchased directly from Lia. We have both relentlessly been calling and leaving messages at least once a week for the past two months with not a single call back! Pitiful that all we want is a yes or no answer whether or not theres any remaining balance we can get a refund on. SHOP ELSEWHERE, LIA SUCKS! |

| Summary: Bought a vehicle from them about 2 years ago, I shouldve walked away when I picked it up and it wasnt detailed. There was peanut butter or something on the back seat when we test drove it, I let the sales guy know and he said he will make sure they take care of it, well they didnt. I let the sales guy know and he told me to come in and he would make sure they detail it, I live over an hour away I didnt go back there for them to clean it, I took care of it myself. Fast forward to this past March I bought a new car and was told because I bought the extended warranty on my vehicle from Lia that theres a possibility that we could get money back prorated. We never received paperwork for the extended warranty so we arent sure how many miles it was for or how many years. My husband and myself have called numerous times and left numerous messages for the finance manager and have yet to receive a phone call back. All we are trying to ask is a simple question but no one can be bothered. |
