Summary: These people are scammers. My brother brought the car here for a repair and inspection. They did the repair first AND then told him he will need more repairs for inspection. It cost so much, we could just sell the car for parts and get more money instead. They should've informed us before doing the repairs. I am very disappointed in this place and their work ethic. |

Summary: our experience wasnt good at all ended up leaving and going to Matthews Hyundai. communication on Lias end was horrible telling us 15-30 minutes then us sending an email around 2 hours later not hearing anything back until the next afternoon. giving us a financing payment of around 600$ on the phone then in person giving us nearly 900$ a month. didnt give us any time of day nor trying to find us anything. we wanted to look at the 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL and to test drive it but before letting us test drive gave us financing options that was nearly 300$ a month more than we were told. in summary we left bummed and tried our luck at Matthews Hyundai. At Matthews we brought home that same night the 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL not paying what Lia Hyundai told us, actually treated like a person and just an overall pleasure there compared to here. Matthews actually tried compared to Lia as well. we wont be recommending Lia to anyone because the whole experience was horrible as if they did not want to deal with us at all unlike matthews who pulled every possible string to get us what we want without paying 900+ a month! |

Update: today is 3/25/24, and I was in the dealership on 3/16/24. Im still waiting for a call back from the finance manager. I was curious about trading my Santa Fe in and I understand it may be a bad deal from the bank or too high of an interest rate but at least a phone call back would be nice. Im a return customer and I feel disrespected. Ive called them a few times already to inquire but no answer, Wednesday was the last time I attempted. |

Summary: This place is bad. Purchase a vehicle from them a few weeks ago and have only put 300 miles on the vehicle so far. Already has a check engine light on. After purchasing the so-called bumper to bumper warranty I'm told that I have to pay $160 for a diagnostic and whatever the cost is to fix the windshield wiper fluid dispenser that was broke when I picked up the car. It's nice to know that you don't stand behind the vehicles that you sell only 300 miles later . On top of that, the in-service vehicle contract wasn't written properly and they have the odometer reading at 4000 miles higher than what the car actually has. Not sure that's legal. But I think it's a really great attempt to try to shorten my warranty by 4,000 MI. On top of that dealing with the salesman Wayne was a horrible experience. Every time I speak with that guy it's a different song and dance. I'll call you back in 5 minutes and then you never hear from the guy again. Hey sign the paperwork and buy this vehicle and we'll get you a ride up here to take it home. Only to sign the paperwork and then Wayne tells me the guy that's definitely going to give me a ride isn't even working that day. Need the paperwork for my insurance company so I called Wayne he said he was going to get back to me at 5 or 10 minutes. The next day I still hadn't heard from him and decided to call him. Well within 24 hours he couldn't get me a definitive answer so I spoke with one of his co-workers who walked over to the service department and got a definite answer and handled the whole thing in 10 minutes. So far dealing with this place has been nothing but a joke and a bad experience. I will not be returning here to purchase another vehicle.
And as far is going to diagnostic test on the lady told me it takes a few hours which is really strange because it takes pretty much no other mechanic on Earth more than a few hours to run a Diagnostic test. And they don't do diagnostic test on Saturdays for whatever reason. So being that it takes a few hours I told the lady I wanted to make a 2:00 appointment because they close at 6:00. And then all of a sudden and now it takes even longer to do the diagnostic test and they don't know if they can get me out of there by 6:00 p.m. Are are you serious?? 4 hours isn't enough time for you to run a diagnostic test? Asked to speak with the general manager on 3 occasions. Upon doing so you get sent to a phone that doesn't ring, go straight to the voicemail, and the voicemail is always full. This place is a complete joke in every aspect. And to be fair, Wayne did finally call me back. When I told him I was going to call the general manager he did call me. And then when I messaged Wayne later that day and I told him that I was going to be writing a negative review and that he would be mentioned in it, and then he called me back right away. In less than 3 minutes, Wayne was able to call me. It's funny how that works. Call two different Hyundai dealerships today and got quotes from both places, and both are $100 cheaper just for the diagnostic test. I'll be doing my business with a different dealer because this place is mostly liars and apparently a big ripoff as well.
Update. Received a response from the general manager who said to email him. Well, I did email him 6 days ago and still haven't heard anything back yet. Not surprised whatsoever. This is exactly the type of service that you can expect from Liar Hyundai. I mean Lia. |
