| Summary: I stopped going here for service a couple of years ago. The guy running the service department was gruff and unfriendly on more than one occasion. The last time I was there they were having computer problems and taking a very long time to do anything. This service manager apologized to two other people for the long wait and gave them a coupon towards an oil change. I waited almost two hours, longer than one of the people he gave an apology and coupon to but he ignored me and didn't offer the coupon to me. Maybe because I wasn't a regular customer anymore, I don't know. But after other encounters , this was the last straw. Otherwise, service was decent. |
