| Summary: Its always a great experience working with the guys on the service department at Lia! They are ALWAYS explaining your service with detail so you understand exactly what they are doing regarding your vehicle, making every customer comfortable with the realistic wait time while checking on us through out the service time, and making sure we have the needed contact information and knowledge of who we worked with if there are any questions. I commute from the Hartford area JUST to work with Angel and Michael simply because of these things. The guys there are great! By FAR the best service department Ive worked with especially having a new vehicle! |
