| Summary: If I can rate zero I would for this dealership. I have been reaching out to Klodian Stinga regarding an issue with my tires after he asked me to reach out to him for almost three weeks, left two messages and still no response. The customer service is horrible, and I would not recommend this dealership or Lia Auto Group to anyone. Terrible follow through and they don't care about your business once you purchase a vehicle. Also, I still get service calls to bring in my vehicle for service. |

| Summary: My ioniq 5 had a ICCU failure and a 12 v battery failure. Unfortunately the ICCU was on back order and has to come from Korea, a 3 week turnaround. hyundai provided me with a vehicle, thank goodness The Lia Hyundai service advisor Hector Morales was fantastic. He kept in the loop as to the state of repair process. It was on warranty. |

| Summary: When I get Dane Morissette handling my appointment, I know three things: 1) I'll be listened to. 2) He'll follow up and follow through. 3) He'll speak to me honestly and with respect. I'm not sure it gets any better than that and I appreciate him very much. Even though the visit overall was disappointing because the parts were not in stock and I have to come back, I'm happy you have folks like Dane around in the service department, he's an asset to your team. |

| Summary: From walking in - to driving off with my new car - Quran was professional, friendly, and helpful in every aspect of the sale. Can't recommend him enough! I had gotten my time wasted at a few other local dealerships, but not with the team at Lia Hyundai. Quran was even answering a few questions I had later in day about options and shopping for extras. Go in - you'll be treated right. |

| Summary: This is the second car in 3 years I buy from Raj at Lia Hyundai. One thing I like about Raj is he doesnt waste any time. He greeted me promptly every time I came in and was ready to show me every car I wanted to see. After considering 4 different cars, I got a better car than the one I came in for at a great price. Ask for Raj at Lia Hyundai. Youll be happy you did. |
