| Summary: Grandma showed up at 8:30am for a 9am oil change appt. At 11:00 she calls me to ask how long an oil change should take. At noon the service advisor scares her into thinking her car wont drive out of there due to her cabin filters, chopped tires, ect. She forwards me the estimate, they said everything needed urgent replacement, thousands of dollars. We just got her new tires and got all her maintenance done a couple weeks ago so this was very unnecessary. She got the oil change package when she bought the car, I reviewed this package and its an aftermarket warranty that can be used anywhere. After looking over the car again we confirmed nothing needed service. The service advisor will not speak to me when I try calling. These people will scam anyone they believe doesn't have knowledge on cars. Do yourself a favor and support your local small business because these guys are worried about hitting their bonus, not honest work. |

| Summary: My fianc Mike and I had an incredible experience at Lia. Dawn Owens is what we all expect a salespeople to be. NOT pushy, relaxed, compassionate, educated and just down right amazing. Dawn was so happy and genuine and made the entire process of leasing my brand new QX60 Luxe seamless. Such a smooth process. Dawn made us a customer for life and made our 2 hour drive well worth it! | Summary: Start to finish my salesman Bill Kane answered my questions and there was no pressure. Bill was patient and went to bat for me in getting a fair deal on trade-in and purchased vehicle. Finance manager Mark Perrotti was equally as helpful and knowledgeable which nowadays you dont often find at dealerships. 5 stars. |
