| Summary: I was scheduled to bring in my car for a routine oil change and service, and the night before a deer ran into my car, causing slight damage to the front bumper. During my routine check-up, Phil made sure that my car was looked over thoroughly and made sure there was no functional damage of the car from the deer impact. He told me the steps needed when contacting my insurance company for the bodywork repair, and referred me to a great auto body repair shop. Phil was always friendly, patient, listened with care and his communication was great when updating me about the status of my car during my routine visit. |

| Summary: My 2016 Tacoma was in for fuel injection service and spark plug change. This was a pretty lengthy job, estimated 3-4 hours. Scott Ryan explained the details and kept me informed of the job's progress, which to my surprise, was completed in about 2.5 hours. Scott's service was excellent, and the service overall at Lia is superb. |

| Summary: Dores is amazing at her job and sold me on going here for all my services. I didnt even purchase my new 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro at this location but they fixed and rectified my problems I had with it and fixed a recall as well. They replaced my fender flares that started peeling while other dealers told me this was normal. Ill be going here moving forward for all my oil changes, tire rotations, and scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend Dores in service department as well to friends and family. |
