I want to start by saying I ended up buying a car at another dealership by no fault of lia toyota. So I was working with Erin who is excellent. They just didn't have what I wanted . So for 3 weeks I was texting her back and forth. She was so patient with me. I highly recommend Erin if you are choosing to use lia toyota. Erin thank you for dealing with me for 3 weeks of me bothering you even on Easter you are amazing sorry it did not work out for us in finding a truck for me. But I appreciate everything you did for me

Went to dealership to purchase a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 AWD. Wasn't sure if my finds were fully there but with my trade-in and helpful explanation of the down payment and NO surprise fees Ricardo was a great help. He also helped me when I kept emailing the same question to get more clarity. However for the average joe needing a vehicle and is financing I would advise Lia Toyota to implement something potentially in the future. The packages for VSE, Maintenance, Gap; Present that To client up front so that they can make more informed budgeting decisions at the start. THEN there will be no extra fees or surprises. I believe this may help curve your increased business since there is a stigma among many with how dealerships have done this for years and decades. Be transparent and show the full numbers. And Show more patience in the finance office when buyers are trying to read the arbitration etc. Then you will have bettered your customer service and now consumers will spread the this dealership is patient and willing to help us fully understand.
