| Summary: I have had a broken compass on my Jeep since I bought it a year ago. Ive brought it in a few times and it was supposed to be fixed but I only get excuses of why it cant be done at this time. Their communication from their service department is substandard. Additionally, the last time I brought it in my Jeep came out with grease splashed all over the drivers side.
I received a response to my review, and I corrected the wrong phone number they had over a month ago. I still have a broken compass. But almost worse is Ive never received an apology for the grease splashed all over the drivers side. Im hoping it was just an accident, but even little kids know how to apologize. |
