| Summary: I recently leased a 2023 Q4 etron from Audi Ontario. I can't say enough about how great the service has been at this dealership. Dani, my service advisor, is fantastic. Very professional, responsive, and patient.
I mentioned to Dani that my lease was almost up on my Q5 and that I wanted to talk to sales about trade in options while I waited for my car to be serviced. She referred me to Anthony Lee which took it from there.
During the entire process I felt taken care of not just by Anthony, which was awesome, but by the whole staff. Rene, the sales manager, came out multiple times to check on me and even the General Manager checked on me to make sure the team was taking care of my every need.
You know the story, I didn't intend on walking out with a new car that day but the entire staff did such an amazing job I couldn't resist. 10/10 would recommend!
If you need to service your Audi go see Dani and if you want to buy/lease a car make sure to ask for Anthony! You won't be disappointed. |

| Summary: Anthony Lee from the sales team is my go-to person everytime I come to Audi Ontario. My husband and I were just shopping around for another vehicle, but did not intend to leave with a car on the same day. But Anthony made it such an easy and quick process that we were able to leave with our other dream car that night. On top of that, he already knows what we want so he doesnt waste our time which we really appreciate. Huge thank you to Anthony for always taking amazing care of me and my husband. We will definitely be coming back to get an R8 next!! |

Just when I thought I was asking for too much he was come back with something even better!!! My black/black Audi with black optics is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Anthony, your patience and valued customer service won't be forgotten, I will def recommend my close people and soon enough till be back for another ;) thank you for all your hard work and patience with me!! Anthony Lee will make it happen, he even detailed my car and had it in the presentation room with a big bow!! Something a sales man/dealership has never done for me. Made me feel very special!!! Ontario Audi is the place to go, Anthony Lee is the man to see!! Bret is great too! I greatly appreciate you all!! |

| Summary: We shopped around for a good used car plus dealership ratings. We are very happy we chose Audi Ontario. It was a nice and personal touch when Anthony Lee sent me a video of the car and introducing himself in the video. He was very friendly in person and provided great customer service. He made us feel welcomed. Any questions I had he made sure to answer. He also let us know that whenever we need anything in the future, he will be there for us anytime. This is the kind of customer service I know everyone looks for in any business. |

I wouldn't plan to visit Audi Ontario at very beginning, but changed my mind when I got a video of Anthony introducing the cars in the heavy rain on Saturday. Very recommend him to everyone who are looking for a car |
