| Summary: Alex Wong is the best service advisor I ever met, I actually moved from another Audi dealership to this one just because how great he is & the trust I have in him. Anyone that needs help with their vehicle Im recommending him, he deserves a raise or a higher position, the things he does for his clients is what I do for mine as well. I wish I can add 10 stars but by far till this day Alex Wong is the best in customer service & helping. Thank you Alex! |

| Summary: Alex Wong is an amazing service advisor! He is so knowledgeable and professional with a great personality that it made my whole service experience easy. I was so impressed with the service that I received from Alex as he has a calm and professional demeaner that makes him so trustworthy and I was so happy as I learned a great deal speaking with Alex on a number of issues as he patiently explained everything to me. He gave me a timeline of what to expect and of course, my car was ready before the time that he promised my vehicle, which was very nice. I cannot emphasize how happy I was with the service that I received from Alex and I highly recommend him. I will always ask for Alex going forward as he will be my go to guy for any service that my Audi needs! |
