| Summary: Met with Elijah and Victor. Both were extremely helpful with my needs to get a new car. Neither were the "salesy" type which was extremely important. They answered all my questions and went out of their way to look for options for what I was looking for. They both listened to what was important to me and didn't try to sell me on other things. I highly recommend working with either of them and asking for them when calling or going to the dealership. Great experience overall and I left with a new car! Victor even called me a few days later to check in and see how the vehicle was and if I had any questions. They were very attentive, but not overbearing. Extremely appreciative for the way they conducted business as I know car sales can sometimes be ruthless and not a great experience for the customer. I had a great experience overall. HIGHLY recommend. |

| Summary: I recently purchased an SQ5 and was content with the asking price. I didn't even bother to negotiate. They could not find the second key and I was told it would be mailed to me. I still have not received it and I have reached out to multiple staff with multiple email replies that it would be resolved. It's pretty sub-par customer service. I would definitely not purchase a vehicle from salesman Elijah Chambers from here.
I personally like my Audi and am happy to have it, but I would recommend purchasing from another facility/establishment. It's pretty disappointing here.
I dislike writing negative comments, but I feel reviews are important and this review is genuine and factual. |

| Summary: Love the Audi, but definitely wouldn’t buy another vehicle from Elijah. I believe its some of the lowest customer service Ive received buying a vehicle. I was content with the asking price and didnt even bother negotiating. They could not find the second key for the vehicle and I was told it would be mailed to me. I still have not received it. Its been over 80 days. Its just a key..can I buy another one, absolutely. Yet I was advised by individuals in leadership positions that it would be resolved and I would receive my additional key. I have yet to receive it.
Anyway, not a big deal, but reviews are important. I would purchase an Audi from another location, not this one. |

| Summary: Great experience leasing my Q4 etron. This is my third Audi I have leased with this auto group. They are very easy to work with, are interested in negotiating a fair deal, and overall a very low pressure experience which led to my third Audi with this dealership. Elijah Chambers is a great sales associate and Finance was great too. |
