| Summary: I am a VETERAN and happily served our country, and can't stand it when I encounter dishonesty.
1.)Salesperson Bochen sells me a car confirming with me that the car had the two key features required by our family. I put 15K down in cash.
2.) I get home and my family points out that the car is missing 1 of the key features which Bochen had confirmed.
3.) I call and Bochen apologizes and I schedule to take back the car and get what I wanted.
4.) When I return Bochen says they have to treat the bad sale as a 'trade-in'.
5.) I pick out a new car and double confirmed that it has what I want.
6.) Come to discover that not only did they 'downgrade' the value of the vehicle they sold me by $3500 BUT
7.) I was forced to forfeit ALL the 15K equity I had put in the first car, that they wrongfully sold me.
8.) I ended up buying a new car and spending an additional 30K.
9.) The dealership has followed-up with "I'm sorry you weren't happy with your deal."
10.) After 90 days AUDI USA will refund me for the 6K service packet which I had purchased for the first car.
11.)To date ONTARIO AUDI has still not has not taken the initiative to refund me the monies wrongfully tricked out of me.
12.)End of the day I have ample time to let the class action lawyers (I was referred to by a Business Client) to seek others who were exploited by ONTARIO AUDI's questionable business practices, or simply file on my own behalf.
13.)My recommended dealerships for an AUDI is BEVERLY HILLS AUDI (Where we bought our 2019 AUDI), or PASADENA AUDI where we have our cars serviced. THE ONLY REASON I didn't go back to BH Audi was because I was personally introduced by a family friend who was assured they would give me a good deal. |

My salesman was Bochen Zhao and Eddie for the paperwork and they made the process very smooth. They were able to accommodate any concerns we had.
