| Summary: My wife and I had an incredible experience with Audi Ontario. Victoria Archuleta was our Audi Brand Specialist, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us while we test drove a few models. The trade-in and transfer of title was quick and seamless, and the staff went out of their way to get us out the door at a great price.
Special thanks to Chris Blair for getting us a great rate with the banks, and to Dean Vetricek for staying late and blazing through the paperwork.
Mike, our Sales Manager, was outstanding with customer service. He and Victoria went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I highly recommend this dealership, not only for their great inventory, but also their incredible staff. Looking forward to buying with them in the future. |

| Summary: I have been trying to get my money back from a warranty cancellation since 11/2023. Several unanswered called to finance and we went to see Dean Vetricek at Audi Ontario on 12/11/2023. He advised us to email him a copy of the DMV transfer and he would process it. I emailed it to him within 44mins of our conversation. I haven't heard anything since. I have called several more times and emailed him on 01/09/2024. Still no respond on the receipt of my original email. At this point your finance manager is ghosting me and other visit to the dealership is warranted. |

Luckily they the s5 that i wanted, in the color i wanted and in the spec i wanted with all the extra addons. Anthony made my car buying process very easy and i will get another car from him if i get another audi. I recommend asking for him if you're looking to buy a vehicle. Very nice and honest. Went in and left with the vehicle i wanted, amd didnt have to spend hours or all day there like at other dealers.5 stars Anthony Lee! |

| Summary: Bought a CPO 2021 Q5 from Audi Ontario last Saturday. Our salesperson was Brandon. The overall buying experience was great. The sales manager Chris was very pleasant to talk to, and we finalized the deal over a phone call. Since we were driving up from San Diego, the car was prepared for a test drive prior to our arrival. Dean at Finance was also very friendly and didnt push any of the add-ons on us. He gave us all of the information we needed, and left it us to decide if we wanted the add-ons or not.
Ive removed 1 star from my rating due to the following reasons -
1. We felt that the salesperson was irritated/frustrated at us when we were fleshing out the final numbers of the trade-in and the Q5. When I bought to his attention that the out the door price of Q5 was higher than what we had discussed with Chris the previous day, he was like you can go talk to Chris yourself and clarify. I felt the tone was a bit dismissive. When my wife asked about a few scratches she observed on the Q5, he responded saying what can I do about it? in a condescending manner. I understand that scratches can happen due to usual wear and tear, and a friendly response from the salesperson could have been just fine instead of a condescending response. My wife was ready to walk out the store after that comment.
2. For whatever reason, the CPO inspection report was not available when we bought the car, so the salesperson said he would follow up with the service department and provide me with an update on Monday. I didnt receive any update from him afterwards, I reached out to him through message and email for a couple of days and didnt get any response from him. I found this to be very disappointing. We had to call up the dealership directly and Brett/Dean were very responsive in sharing the CPO inspection report with us asap.
Except for the above 2 minor inconveniences, the overall buying process was great! We were very happy with our purchase at the end :) |
