Summary: I scheduled an oil change and when I called I was told by the appointment scheduling person that they were gonna honor the same deal that they had going on in riverside when I got to the dealership ALEX WONG refused it I asked to speak with the manager Phil MACIAS he refused to talk to me I find these so rude and disrespectful and unprofessional . I bought 2 cars from them before I was ready to buy a Q7 for my wife but with that attitude I will take my business elsewhere. I Don't RECOMMENDED THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL MANAGEMENT MAKES POOR DECISIONS |

Summary: Awful service by Alex Wong! Not only did he have me drive off with zero coolant but he also lied about adding the necessary air to my tires and resulted in my car having a flat on my way back home! Beware!! Alex Wong will scam you. Phil Macias the Service Manager is useless!! Did not return my emails not my phone calls! No accountability nor any care for the safety of there customers! I will be reporting this to Audi National as well as my legal counsel since they failed to properly fix a recalled water pump and associated parts. Came back right after they replaced it due to coolant leaks! Shame on you!!!! |

Summary: I purchased a pre-owned 2016 Audi on 3/11/2023 from Audi of Ontario. On 5/5/2023, after only 1200 miles, I began hearing a clicking/ticking noise from the right front of my vehicle. I immediately took it to Bauer German Auto Mechanic in Glendora, CA. They diagnosed it to be a faulty right front axle and right front lower control arm. The head mechanic advised I take it back to Audi of Ontario. After speaking to Phil Macias, servicing manager, he apologized and welcome my vehicle the following day to be inspected. On 5/9/2023, I was advised that my vehicle was not going to be covered per their used car manager. Upon arriving, I spoke directly with Brandon Barello, head service advisor, who informed me that they did not actually inspect my vehicle nor did they even put it on a lift to confirm a diagnosis, but simply went off of the 3rd party mechanics diagnosis. In fact, I was told that their mechanic couldnt replicate the same sound that myself and 4 others heard. With that said, my vehicle basically sat in their back lot for 4 days. I was given an estimate and refused service. Following that, I immediately took my vehicle to Bauer German Auto for repair and service was completed in the same day at half the cost that I was given by Audi of Ontario. |

Summary: I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Audi A4 on 3/11/2023 from Audi of Ontario.
