| Summary: Came into Audi yesterday to inquire about trading in my 2021 Q3. We had recently been getting lots of letters, emails, and calls and texts about bringing in our car for an upgrade. I was skeptical but decided to go in anyway. We normally conduct our business with Raymundo Lopez, but we were notified he was on leave with welcoming a newborn. Good for him! We were then connected to Shawn but because we got there in the evening, he was unable to help us and connected us to Farzy Rashid.
We were off to a bit of a rocky start with finding an associate and even thought about leaving but we decided to stay and browse the selection of Q5 and SQ5.
Farzy came out and took the time to explain the differences in vehicle as well as features and pros and cons. I was very impressed with Farzys knowledge on vehicles and the entire Audi line up. After weighing our options, we decided to go with the standard Q5 as it was a better fit for us. Farzy was upfront with numbers and began negotiating with us right away as to not waste time because there appeared to be another couple interested in the same vehicle we picked out. Farzy crunched the numbers with my husband and I and in the end we were able to get exactly what I wanted with a huge upgrade in the Q5 with lots of features. I'm happy with Farzy and the Audi Ontario team. I'm also ecstatic that Farzy took the time to help me set up my phone, the app, Audi MMI and all the electronics of the car and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. Everyone went above and beyond to help us. This is my second vehicle with Audi and im happy to keep returning here because they treat us right. |

| Summary: Shawn Nabi was my salesperson. He was very welcoming in his approach which took the edge off , I was nervous, havent bought a car in 12 years , let alone a high end car.
He was friendly and super informative when I had questions . I liked how easy he was to talk to on a personal level but also was very business like as well . Great person , great salesman , he knew his stuff very well , I was very comfortable doing business with him

| Summary: This place is HORRIBLE ! I have purchased quite a few cars in my life , 2 being Audi alone . I live in Las vegas and found the perfect vehicle at this location . Never purchased a car out of state before but they had the car really needed and wanted at this dealership ,
We called and spoke Shawn Nabi . He has HORRIBLE customer service , we got our loan with a credit union instead of there ridiculous
Interest , and we're sending a check over night . He said ok , we even said we would put down a deposit to hold the car until they got the check and Shawn said it's not necessary, then he texts me to say where is the check , to then find out the car was already sold . So moral of the story we did not get the car . Got a loan at a credit union for this car specifically to then find out it has been sold , we received no communication . Shawn said he would let us know if it was sold. Nooo communication, Soo un professional. Doesn't answer his phone to tell us , uses excuses, and says he will call us and never does . I wouldNOT recommend buying from them . Horrible . |
