Summary: On December 27, 2022 I had a problem with my ventilation unit not working properly and the coolant was leaking in my engine bay. So I decided to take it to Ontario Audi for service. It took approximately 5 weeks for them to fix it because I got my vehicle back on February 3, 2023.
Everything was fixed accordingly thanks to Chris Davila and his team. However, I had problems regarding communication or status updates about my Audi during the times it was being serviced at the dealership.
The moment I dropped off my car I didn't receive any updates until my extended warranty had to be involved. I didn't get any estimate as to when my Audi was going to be fixed. I had to be proactive about getting updates so I called or texted my service advisor at least once a week to obtain any updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I wasn't offered any loaner car until towards the end, which was weird because shouldn't loaner cars be offered in the beginning when you don't have a vehicle? If I came off as being annoying or pushy then I apologize for that, but paying over $600 per month on a "luxury" vehicle and not getting any updates about my vehicle and having myself text about it instead is not really what you would expect from a luxury dealership.
Everything else was great though. The car was washed before I received it. My HVAC unit is working greatly. I don't think there's any leak with the coolant system anymore (I hope not). If the communication between the customer and service advisor was a bit better, then I would have given it a full 5 stars experience. |
