| Summary: My husband and I had such an awesome experience. Anthony Lee, was very pleasant and professional. He approached us nicely without making us feel like a prey. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. We felt like we had known him all along. He explained in detail how much the Audi Q545TFSIQUATTRO would be and the numbers we were working with and we felt very confident in his word, and with that, in making our final decision. He took good care of us and my Q5 and made sure she was washed and my tank was full. We left there feeling good and happy. I love my Q5.
Ernie Chan was also pleasant and explained very well all the different options we had for all and any extended warranties. Which helped us in our decision making. We feel like we chose the right package too. He also got us in and out of the financing department quickly.
We already have been telling our family and friends and will definitely recommend our family and friends to Audi Ontario and have them ask for Anthony Lee. Thank you for EVERYTHING! |

| Summary: I just purchased a brand new Audi Etron with Ian Horn at Audi Ontario. From all these years working with different dealerships and different sales in SoCal, I can say from the bottom of my heart that Ian Horn, Erin Chan at finance, and Chris Daviliaat the Service Dept at Audi Ontario provided us with a whole new level of positive experience. Both Ian and Erin went out of his way to take care of us throughout the car-buying journey. Got us an excellent deal during this crazy car market while making sure we were getting the best customer experience possible. Special shout outs to Erin Chan for his amazing personality and big smile. And, Chris Davilia at Services Dept to help us with the programming issues on our existing Audi A4. | Summary: Ernie in Financial services at Ontario Audi still has not emailed me my copy of the "Trade-in summary" or financial breakdowns. I am going to report these practices to the BBB, AARP and the State Licensing Board. The fact is even though I love our 2nd AUDI Q5 the business practices conducted by the sales team at Audi Ontario, lack of ethics, and general trickery need to be investigated. It's been decades since I was last screwed over by an Auto Sales situation, so this is particularly annoying. |

Their Service department is okay. They definitely need to step up their game with available loaners when you have to spend more than 5 hours for service. Never had an issue with loaners with other nearby Audi dealerships. |

| Summary: I had an incredible experience with Audi Ontario. All the staff I interacted with were great but my sales associate, Shane Segal, was particularly special. Incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things Audi and took so much time walking me through all my vehicles features prior to purchase. Shane spent a significant amount of time with me and my 12 year old son (who I refer to as my lawyer) on our test drive, answered all our questions, and really went above and beyond making sure I was getting the right vehicle. Shane made me feel informed, heard, and above all extremely comfortable.
When it came time to deal, Kevin Bolden was great as well. Kevin vs. Kevin! I felt really good the day I purchased the 2023 S5 Cabriolet and a week later I feel even better about my decision to do business with Audi Ontario. Shout out to Ernie Chan closing out the deal as well.
If you are in the market for an Audi please give Shane a call. I traveled 30 miles to purchase my car from Shane and would happily do it all again. Thank you for everything Shane. My family and I are really enjoying our new droptop! |
