| Summary: I had a really good buying experience with Farzy Rashid at Audi Ontario. I started with and internet inquiry and was able to quickly get answers. I was comparing several different makes and models of vehicles and Farzy was able to professionally answer my questions without being pushy. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had so if you want a good car buying experience I fully recommend Farzy Rashid at Audi Ontario. |

| Summary: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car at Audi Ontario, and I cannot praise the team, particularly Farzy and Dean V, enough for their exceptional service and efficiency.
Farzy made the entire car-buying process a breeze. Within an hour, he had me in a new car and ensured I got a fantastic deal. His knowledge and professionalism truly stood out, and I appreciated how he tailored the experience to meet my needs seamlessly.
Dean V, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He efficiently explained all the necessary paperwork and got my contract sorted in record time. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made the financing process stress-free.
Overall, this was easily the best dealer experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Audi Ontario to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Thanks again to Farzy, Dean V, and the entire team for exceeding my expectations! |

This whole process of shopping for cars was a bit stressful, but he made sure to walk me through the whole process and made things a whole lot easier. I got to walk away with a car that I am super happy with, and I'm even happier knowing that I was able to work with Farzy, because he genuinely cared about getting me a car that works with me and my budget. Super friendly and helpful guy, I recommend asking for him if you're looking around for cars. Thank you !! |

| Summary: Farzi Rashid really took care of my daughter in purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest rates, etc. We had some difficulty with getting a full coverage car insurance policy. This was NOT the dealerships fault, but an issue in California in general. Little did we know, it would take almost 3 weeks to get a full coverage policy. We were worried wed lose the car due to the wait on the policy effective date. But Farzi and Audi Ontario worked with us and secured the car for us. They didnt have to do that, but they were more than willing to. Today we were able to finish the transaction and get the car!!!! It was probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Everybody involved was very honest, professional, accommodating, kind and took the time to explain everything without being pushy. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Audi Ontario. Thank you Farzi, for helping my daughter and making this purchase happen. |
