| Summary: I have always enjoyed visiting this location, always helped me with parts and service in the past, from a simple part number to service, but now getting the opportunity to buying a newer car. At first I didnt think I would qualify, but Ali made it possible with his financial team. I have previously visited and looked at the car, at the time it was Ian who gave me a little more info about the car. Always an Amazing team at this location. |

| Summary: When I arrived at the dealer, I was there to literally pick up the plates from my wifes old car and drop off the 2nd key. I never thought I would be coming home in our 2nd Audi. Ian and his team were incredible!!! I laughed and told them where I needed to be and they made it happen! Ian was very energetic and determined to continue to work with his staff until they could make the deal work. Hard work and extra persistence paid off with a new Q8!! Recommend Oan and his team any day of the week!! |

| Summary: First off I want to thank Ian, Carl and Darryl for giving me a great experience buying my first car !!!! I came a hour away just to come here and they made sure they worked with me and I had a smooth experience inside and out, they are really great people. If you are considering Audi I really recommend coming here even if you are far out, it is well worth the drive ! I dont have anything bad to say besides I wish my 2022 had a push start not a key ignition, kind of odd that it doesnt for such a new car but thats more so on Audis end, but Im not complaining Im grateful! Thank you guys for a great experience ! |

| Summary: My only advice would be to ensure they aren't just lying to sell a car. I purchased the sales manager's previous car. During the purchase, I asked for 1. The carpet floor mats that went with the car and 2. The rear sliding cover that went with the car. They were both missing when I took my test drive. I asked Ian (the salesperson) if they had them, he verified with Chris the sales manager they indeed did, and I was assured before discussing the purchase that I would get them the next day as Chris had them at home still.
Several apology texts and a week later, I did receive the floor mats, but over a month later I'm being told I either have to wait for a used car to come in with a proper rear cover, or buy one with the dealership discount because Chris can't find the one for my car.
This was my 2nd purchase from this dealer, and due to the inability of Ian and Chris to provide something I was promised at the sale of the car and strung along for a month via text just to be told to go buy it myself is completely wrong.
I realize this may be insignificant, but this is all based on principal and this dealership needs to understand it isn't OK. |

| Summary: One of the things that make buying a luxury car "a luxury" car is the dealership and staff. Ian Horn went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. He didn't try and "sell" me anything, rather he just listened to my wants and presented several options. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Even drove off site to see a car I ended up buying. Sent me a video of a car I was looking into. Just excellent. Helped me through the whole process, including financing. I've already recommended him to family and friends. And the car is amazing too ;) |

| Summary: Ian at Audi of Ontario, Thank you for helping me get the car that we needed. My first contact with this dealership was through browsing the internet for a particular high demand vehicle. In this market, these cars are either hard to find, or the price is inflated so much that it is ridiculous. The price listed on the website (I believe it was Edmunds) seemed reasonable so I sent an Inquiry. Within a day, I was contacted by the dealer and an appointment was made to see the vehicle. It had not been released for sale yet due to registration issues, however, Ian kept me informed of the status of the vehicle and eventually I was able to inspect the vehicle and purchase it. There was no pressure to buy and I felt like I had a good amount of time to think it over. Ian and the finance guy, Ernie, helped me to fund this through my business and register it to my company, which is something that was taking a long time through my regular bank. They were able to do it on the spot. The dealership is also a very clean, beautiful facility. This was the first car purchase I have ever done where I felt like I was taken care of well. I wish I needed more cars so I could buy through them again. Five Plus stars. |
