| Summary: This comment is nothing to do with the service itself, it is a bad expeeience with the person behind the desk called Alex Wong who did poorly in service advisery and communication. 1) he failed to provide a time range for the tire replacement and carplay system check. 2) He did not have any information regarding the service status when i called back upon reception of the video message. 3) the way he speaks to his customer ( I hope i am no the only one ) was nagative, slugish, do-nothing. suggestion:: replace this guy by robort and thank you |

I want to clarify that my previous comments were personal reflections based on my direct interactions with the service advisor (Alex Wong) during my car in service. Unfortunately, it felt like a stroke of bad luck to encounter such an experience at your facility. Beyond my initial comments, I have nothing further to add.
