| Summary: The moment I walked in at this dealership, I was amazed by the approach I got from Raquel Hernandez. She was attentive with showing me the vehicle I was interested in. Answered all the questions I have. Didnt give any pressure what so ever to purchase a car. Also Inside of the showroom was super clean and I might say, the cars were nice. Staff who I ran into greeted me as they saw me walking by. |

| Summary: Here is my experience buying a used car from this dealership. I bought a 2016 A3 Etron in January of 2022. Raquel sold me the car. First she didn't know much about the car, she told me it was a Quattro when it wasn't and then corrected herself after we told her it's e-tron. We bought the car and no one told us any of the features, I had no idea about any of the different drive modes or anything. I had to YouTube features of the car. Then when we got home we realized the off brand charger they sold the car with didn't work. Raquel told me it must be user error. I had to wait 3 weeks for them to test the one I bought and send me a new one. Then 60 days into buying the car I had to already get new tires. Shortly after I had to spend $200 on an oil change because it wasn't done. Then I had to replace the battery which is $500 through Audi because the car has to be reprogrammed. Then the Evap sensor went out which was thankfully covered under warranty. Then I got the car home and now the charging port on the front of the car is broken... $2,200 to replace and not covered under the warranty I was assured would cover everything on the car except wear and tear items. This all has happened in my first 6 months of owning this vehicle. I wrote a review on Google which they got deleted because they don't want people to hear my experience. I've called multiple times asking for a manager and no one will call me back. I thought when I purchased my first Audi I would be getting a luxury experience, boy was I wrong. |
