| Summary: Last week I got into a brand new Audi Etron, Jonathan Valdovinos set me up with this car about 2 months prior to getting, he kept me informed of the status on the car and also got a good amount for my trade in. Once the car was received, he called me and had the car already to go and had a better deal set up for me before I got in to see him. He stayed after hours to go over the car and to get me all set up and ready to go. And while he was on his Vacation the next day, he still found the time to call me to see if I had any questions about the car or anything else. |

I visited Audi Ontario with the intent to do a little research on what model to consider as my next ride, but I ended up purchasing my dream car because Jonathan Valdovinos made the whole experience so pleasant. He provided exemplary service - he was patient, knowledgable, courteous, amiable, attentive, and most importantly, he was objective, honest and cared to listen to what I was looking for and treated me with respect. I felt at ease and his professionalism helped me feel confident in making a well-informed decision and I drove home a very satisfied happy customer! |
