There was some miscommunication between the dealer and us earlier in the week but Victor and the staff worked hard with us to get us the deal and the car we wanted. Victor kept us informed of the process every step of the way. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really seemed to want us to have a good experience.
We visited other dealers in search of a car and Audi Ontario was by far the most professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and our car. |
