| Summary: When I purchased my vehicle as it was getting washed paint peeled off a minor section of the vehicle. Of course no one wants that to happen when youre happy to have purchased a vehicle and ready to go home. Again Mario Granados went out of his way told me not to worry they would take care of it and they would provide a rental! Special shoutout to Brandon Barello, for explaining everything getting my service requested and getting me a fully paid rental while my vehicle was being painted and for updating me as soon as my vehicle was ready to go. Another special shoutout to car salesman Mario Granados for making a 2 hour drive and bringing the vehicle to me as I was unable to go to the dealership. Also want to shoutout Ella and Rigo for being very kind and helping the mailing of the check process! They have great staff and do go out of their way to take care of you. Thanks again Audi Ontario. |

| Summary: Alex Wong was very knowledgeable and approachable when providing details about the work that needed to be done, and how it was going to be accomplished. The crew Brandon who cashed us out, the kind guy who opened the door, and the guy who retrieved my car, my apologies for not remembering all the guys who assisted with delivery of my car after hours, they were extra kind and understanding considering the weather and traffic that delayed my arrival time. Thank you Audi of Ontario your customer service and was exceptional. I'll be back soon for the remaining recommend services. |
