| Summary: I recently went to Audi for a service on my A4. Let me start by saying that Christian and Chris were both welcoming and helpful! Ive been to a few different dealerships and i dont get the same treatment I received from them! I went in stressful about the service that needed to be done until Christian informed me that it would be taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate them both on keeping communication with me. The number 1 thing every dealership should have! |

| Summary: I want to say I have the best service advisor his name is Chris Davila he take's such good care of me from start to finish. Greets me with his big bright smile, sends me messages to lets me know the progress on my vehicle and promptly notifies when said vehicle is ready for pickup.
Even when my car is not it the shop I can call with a question and he is always there to help me figure out what I need to do. |
