| Summary: I originally went to Audi of Ontario to look at a few vehicles because it's the nearest dealership to me. I wasn't ready to purchase, just wanted to take a look. Ian with the sales team gave me all of the details about the model I wanted and didn't pressure me to make a purchase then and there. He gave me his phone number and told me to reach out should I have any questions. Throughout the week I probably bugged him a bit too much, but he texted/picked up the phone right away giving me the answers I needed. There were better deals elsewhere for the car I wanted but he made the process so easy I made the decision to move foreword with him. |
