| Summary: I always look forward to seeing the smiling face of Sue Kelly of the service department who supervised everything that my 2017 CR-V needs to stay in tip-top shape. I trust her and the service department implicitly and have never been disappointed since we bought our first Honda in 2011. At a time when there is little we can depend on, this is a rare shining light. Thank you for your attention and expertise.

| Summary: NEVER buy a used car from Lia Honda! The dud they sold me for 10k broke down at 80 mph on the Thruway on the first trip (engine stopped), a very scary experience! They would not pay the $560 tow truck I had to pay to get it back to them for repairs. A few weeks later, worried by a loud clacking noise after less than 800 miles, I learn from an independent workshop that the suspension coils are worn out and a replaced front axle wrongly installed and it is a risk to drive the car. (Lia, upon checking, confirms the needed suspension repair.) Clearly this is something that their mechanics should have spotted before they put the vehicle up for sale. Instead, within a couple of months, my life was twice put in danger. When I ask that they take it back, I am told that will not be possible. But I am presented with a $1400 estimate for the suspension repair. The general manager, who I ask to speak to, never calls me back. Bottom line: they are at best grossly negligent and completely untrustworthy and at worst fraudulent. The proverbial second hand car dealers... |

| Summary: Harry McRae made my experience so smooth. I hadnt bought a new car in over 10 years so I was nervous to take the plunge. But Harry really took the time to explain everything and he answered each and every one of my questions (and i probably had 1000) Im very thankful I got him as my salesperson. Im seriously in love with my 25 Civic sport I would definitely recommend Lia Honda & Harry!! |

| Summary: I brought my 2023 Pilot in for an oil change. This was my first time at this location and Service Department exceeded my expectations. Sue was excellent! She greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome immediately. Ill definitely be looking for her when i come back for my next visit! |
