| Summary: As usual I took my Volvo XC40 to Crown for its annual service appointment.
I was taken care of by Joseph Guerrera who I always ask for and as always did an excellent job of taking care of me. The customer service area where I waited is very well done and Joe kept me updated on the progress of the issue. The annual service was completed without any problems. Crown Volvo has always been excellent in their overall customer service. Highly recommend both Joe and Crown Volvo. |

| Summary: Best buying experience I've ever had. Chris Lowry handled my deal from the start and was great to work with. The dealership and Chris value speed and transparency from the start - rare in the dealership world. No high pressure sales, no making you come in to get prices, no bait and switch, etc. You can do as much over the phone or online as you want. Their first numbers are extremely competitive, they skip the whole anchor super high negotiation and grind on prices and cut right to the point. It's appreciated to someone who values time instead of ceremonial back and forth to meet in the middle in negotiation. |
