Both Micheal and David understand that exceptional service is part of the owner experience. I appreciate their efforts to ensure that my visit went smoothly. Overall, the dealership is extremely clean and all other staff that I made contact with were courteous but not overbearing. I am very pleased with my choice to take my business to Porsche Ontario. |

| Summary: This place is amazing. They do what they say and did it for the price quoted to me, actually they over delivered and within the time frame and actually below their estimate! They also gave me a beautiful loaner of a 2025 Cayman S! It was showroom detailed and had only 4056 miles. Mark Marchant was great to work with as was David Barron. I didn't get to meet the classic Porsche mechanics but hope to meet them the next time I am having service. I told them, they are, from this point forward, my "go to" Porsche Dealer and I will never return to Porsche Palm Springs. I wish I could give Mark, David and Ontario Porsche 10 stars! Really, don't go anywhere else for sales and service of a Porsche! Seriously across decades of Porsche ownership, this experience has been the best of my life. |
