| Summary: Our 4-Star rating is because of the exceptional service provided by Mark Marchant, General Manager, David Barron, Service Advisor, and Mike Vanechten, Parts Manager.
An otherwise 5 Stars rating was smeared by the disappointing service provided by Jose Martinez, sales employee, and Mike Cardona, Finance Manager.
During the time we were in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from Jose we were pleased with the service he provided but that assessment rapidly changed 24 hours later. We also spent time with Mike Cardona to sign the necessary paperwork required to purchase the vehicle. By the following day, we had several questions regarding features on the vehicle as well as a service that was included in the purchase contract. During the ensuing 2 weeks we had one phone conversation with Jose. After that we left additional text and phone messages for him and he failed to call us back (as he said he would) on five separate occasions. The same situation occurred with Mike Cardona. We had two phone conversations with him. The second one ended where he said he would look into the issue we had brought to his attention. Crickets. We never heard back from him. They lost interest in providing us service to our follow-up questions as soon as we purchased the vehicle. For them to make comments like, "I'll take care of it" and "I'll find out the answer and call you back" are empty, meaningless promises because they failed to keep their word. That was a clear sign of their unreliability and undependability.
Two weeks after we purchased our vehicle we drove back to Porsche Ontario to speak with Mark Marchant the General Manager. We did this out of pure frustration, irritation, and disappointment with Jose and Mike. Mark was available to speak to us immediately. He listened with interest and concern and was patient and understanding of our experience with Jose and Mike. He gave us the feeling that our business with Porsche Ontario was important to him. Afterall, we could have gone to any of the five Porsche dealers within our area. We left feeling satisfied and thought the meeting with Mark was productive. We headed over to talk with Dave Barron who we knew from previous interactions and Dave provided us with his usual outstanding service and made us feel like we were his only customer. Mike Vanechten, Parts Manager was also very helpful finding and ordering a part for our 2005 Carrera. |

| Summary: If you want to experience outstanding service from Porsche Ontario while purchasing a vehicle, be sure to ask for JOSE MARTINEZ. He is excellent. We had the good fortune of meeting him the other day after finding a vehicle on their website. It is no exaggeration to say that out of the 25+ vehicles we have purchased over the years, JOSE is the best Brand Ambassador we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Jose was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, professional, polite, patient, and an excellent communicator who possesses the ability to present organized and easy-to-follow instructions on the inner workings of the vehicle or other topics. Throughout the time we spent with JOSE, we always felt he was honest and forthright regarding any questions we had or information he passed on to us. He treated us as though we were the only customers in the facility and gave us his undivided attention. He never exhibited high pressure or an aggressive attitude to try to convince us to purchase a vehicle. We purchased the vehicle and are very pleased with our decision. We highly recommend JOSE MARTINEZ. |
