Sha Peng is my sales rep. He always reply on time and provide updates when the car is in transit, arriving at port awaiting customs clearance. When car delivered, he called me and accommodating with my work schedule, they are open till 9pm and sending me video and let me satisfy my curiosity :) He made the whole processing so smooth. Shelly from financing was also excellent. Straight to the point.
Thank again to Sha and Shelly and the rest of the Porsche Ontario staff who provided me a great car shopping experience! Highly recommended! |

| Summary: We recently bought a 2024 Macan GTS in chalk from the Ontario Porsche in CA. Upon entering the dealership, we were immediately welcomed and offered refreshments and snacks. We then immediately went for a few super fun test drives! This was our first Porsche purchase and Patrick Posey and Sha Peng really made sure we felt comfortable and answered all the questions we had. In fact, went over all the features of the car in detail after we purchased including set up for phones, gates, etc. Thank you for making tour first Porsche purchase seamless and fun! We will definitely be coming back! |
