Tyson is super responsive in text and phone calls, and goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. From getting the order placed, working back and forth on the numbers to taking the delivery, Tyson is there with me 100%. I appreciate his attitude and personality which is very modest, humble, patient and understanding. I would totally recommend Tyler to anyone whos in the market for a Porsche. |

| Summary: I want to thank a few people here for making the lease process quick and painless. Thank you Jhovan for your patience because without it, I may have ended up with something I didn't love. Christian and Tyson, you guys were easy to talk to and Tyson, I appreciate you walking me through how to use my new car and for programming the my desired specifications. You saved me from experiencing a headache! Micheal in the finance department also took time to answer my questions and provide me with explanations without making me feel like a dufus. Overall, I didn't feel any pressure to make a quick purchase and my dealings with these fellas was as comfortable as dealing with good friends. |

| Summary: Seriously the BEST PEOPLE to do business with! My family and I usually HATE car shopping and dealerships because of the back and forth games they usually play. Porsche Ontario made the entire process so painless and easy for myself and my family. Frank and Tyson are seriously the SWEETEST guys and are the reason this entire process was a great experience! The entire process from looking at the car, test driving, negotiating, and paper work was ONLY a total of TWO DAYS and I was driving away in my new car! Everyone at Porsche Ontario truly means it when they say we are a family. Whenever I have any questions about my car I can text, call, or show up to the dealership and anyone and everyone is always happy to help! I seriously had the best experience! Even through all the draining paperwork Shelly made it painless and easy and truly had my best interest when talking about the extended warranty process. He made it clear to my parents and I that he wouldnt recommend or give me anything his daughter wouldnt need! Again making myself and my parents feel like we are more than just a family at Porsche! I would 100% recommend Porsche Ontario to everyone in the future! |

| Summary: Wow! I didn't realize these guys have 4.9 stars... but I'm not surprised. We had the best best experience with Tyson and Michael too. Easy and fast to communicate by text (our preferred way!) and home delivery and even when there was a software snafu, Tyson came to our house himself to deliver a loaner car. Just wow. Yes, we expect the best with Porsche, but this was better than the best! Thank you guys! |
