| Summary: It was my first time in this dealership, and I was blown away by the professionalism of their staff! Angel Moreno of Sales walked me through the top options for car buying and he kept our communication line open for any other questions that I might have after my visit. Another member on his team, Megan, was very proactive too and she went with me for a test drive. I feel that my Porsche has found a home in the Ontario dealership. Thank you, Angel and Megan! |

| Summary: Bought my first 911 there last October. Has the experience been what I had hoped, nope. Pre-sale follow up by Megan was fine, post sale follow up on a service/parts order for my car has been terrible. I write a monthly reminder email checking on the two tiny plastic parts that Megan had ordered for the car and she hasn't bothered to respond 4 or 5 months. Not cool or professional. This month I wrote again and oddly enough on the VERY same day someone at the dealership called and emailed to inform me that the parts "had arrived"... wow, is that incredible or what? I wonder how long these two parts had been sitting on a shelf in the parts department? Anyway, it's a small but annoying issue that I wouldn't have expected from a Porsche dealer. Life's too short and there are plenty of beautiful Porsche dealers in So Cal to choose from so I would suggest that you spend your money with someone else. It's up to you. I got lucky, I love my car. |

| Summary: What an experience! Megan made this easy for being my first Porsche. I dont even live in Ontario and have a Porsche dealership 5 mins away from my house and i stilllllll purchased from Megan! Her customer service, communication, recommendations and knowledge went above and beyond my expectations. I will always refer her to my friends, family and acquaintances because I have full confidence that shell take care of them. Thank you Megan for everything! I cant wait to buy another one |

Megan Breunig's customer service and attention to detail is impeccable, even after my needing to reschedule a couple times, stop by late, and complete some aspects of my purchase remotely. To top it off, Mike Cardona in financing was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to negotiate a better bank rate on my behalf...and he came through. I'm definitely a customer for life and absolutely LOVE my vehicle!!! |
