| Summary: This is the second car we've purchased through this dealer but the first at this location. After buying our first we followed David B. in service to the newly built Ontario location. He has always provided excellent service, professional and kind every time we've communicated with him just like Patrick P. who helped us custom order this second car down to every detail. He kept us apprised of the status and calmed our anxiety about delivery and thru the many calls/texts always had an upbeat attitude. He was as excited as we were. He is very kind, patient and professional throughout and still; Taking our texts and calls no matter when and trying to guide us on whatever questions we had no matter how basic and simple. Shelly was great during our signing process in finance made it quick and simple no long drawn out sales pitches. Made suggestions that made sense for our type of car to save us in the future. We have always had good service at this location no matter who we interacted with. Whether it's Angel just handing us a key for late pickup willing to still take the time to answer questions on models or a service tech showing us our new delivered car or charging our Taycan on the fast charger. Even the manager came over to congratulate us when we picked up. Every person has been inviting, welcoming and willing to help. Management here is doing things right hiring good professional people. Hold onto to them they are gems. This is what makes a successful business-good people. Anyone looking to get a Porsche should go to this location you will definitely get the service you expect and deserve. Living in the IE we wouldn't go anywhere else. |

| Summary: We went in January 2023 to check out the Porsche Taycan over the few options such as the BMW i7, wanted to try something different.
Luckily Patrick Posey was there to facilitate that customer experience. Sure enough we came back the next day to put a deposit on a Taycan, he walked us through the process, he very much appreciated our build.
Fast forward to July 2023, the Taycan was at the dealership and ready for us to take it home. Throughout the waiting period: while Im sure Patrick is in high demand, Patrick always kept in touch.
Patrick takes a home run with customer obsession and communication and helped us seal the deal for us with this Porsche Taycan otherwise we would have an i7 on our driveway.
We will definitely going forward with Patrick for all future purchases, exceptional customer experience once again. |

| Summary: Man oh man, what an experience. We are definitely a BMW family and had a plug which made life easier when making a solid deal to purchase a new or used vehicle. We went in January to check out the Taycan over the BMW i7, wanted to try something different. Luckily Patrick Posey was there to facilitate that customer obsession. Sure enough we came back the next day to put in a deposit for a Taycan, he walked us through the process, loved the build as well. Fast forward to July, the Taycan was at the dealership and ready for us to take it home. Every single week, Patrick kept in touch, I'm sure he's got so many other customers. Patrick takes a home run with customer obsession and communication.
Porsche of Ontario, if you're reading this; it was Patrick Posey who really sealed the deal for us with this Porsche Taycan otherwise we would have an i7 on our driveway.
We will definitely going forward with Patrick for all future purchases, exceptional customer experience once again. |

As the coffee machine at the dealership was broken he personably went to a nearby Starbucks to treat my wife and me to coffee drinks. | Summary: I was in the market for a Macan S and I had been in contact with 4 different Porsche dealerships.
The customer service I received from Porsche Ontario was head-and-shoulders above any of the others. In fact, it was the best service I've received from a dealership in my life.
Patrick Posey stayed in constant contact with me for 3 months. Gave me all the heads up anytime a new Macan S came through. Sent me build sheets and even personalized videos showing the vehicles to me. He was not pushy nor was he annoying. Just felt very genuine.
It turned out that a different Porsche dealership had a Macan that came in that really caught my attention, so we went there (Porsche South Bay.) I hate to say it, but the dealership and sales team there really threw us off. It didn't feel like a luxury dealership with genuine people. So, simply put, we left! I then got in contact with Patrick and made the 1.5 hr drive to Ontario to look at an S they had.
Unfortunately Patrick was gone for the day, but he handed me off to his partner Christian Agraso. All me and my wife can say is WOW. It was basically another version of Patrick with the customer service and just being personable in general. Treated us like royalty. He had the car I was interested in pulled up in their driveway, ready to go for a test drive when we got there!
Long story short, we were so wowed by this dealership from top to bottom. Christian guided me through the buying process and sales manager Dan was extremely pleasant to speak with. Dan actually stopped by Christian's office to chat and get to know us. The team (including finance) stayed at the dealership an hour after closing on a Saturday night. Amazing.
Although I live in San Diego, this dealership has earned a customer for life. Patrick, Christian, and Dan are top notch at what they do. Crème de La crème.
If any of them read this, thank you so much!!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Your persistence in providing great customer service and being personable rather than a salesperson really paid off. It literally is the reason I even made the drive to this dealership. Thanks! |
