| Summary: It was a real pleasure working with Anderson Lai on our first Porsche. I submitted an inquiry about a new Macan which was still in transit. Both Emily and Frank sales assistant were attentive and professional getting my interest and setting up an appointment. This was our 3rd Porsche dealership during the past 2 months. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and was greeted. Did not felt any sort of pressure from any of the sales. I have to say this was the best dealership out of the others. Working with Anderson, he was patient, understanding, well listener to our needs, and gave us his best professional opinions. Never a moment where we felt pressured. Which lead us to purchase our first Porsche Macan S. Michael the finance manager was great in explaining all the details of the signing process. Great doing business with. And will do it again in the future. |
