| Summary: I took my car in this past week for an AC issue that I was having and Michael Yeh was awesome in having everything worked out.
I've been into service my Porsche 4 times now and have been meet with exceptional service each and every time. Piece of mind goes a long way when you are trusting someone with your vehicle and Michael makes is easy to say the least. He made me feel comfortable from day one. |

| Summary: Everyone that I have dealt with in the service department has been great, including the service manager. It's definitely a more personable service than some of the other dealerships. On my last visit Michael Yeh was my service advisor. He took care of us and even responded to our messages on his day off. |

He is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and always responded quickly with clear updates about my car. His communication was smooth, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. It was a level of service I havent experienced before truly exceptional. Highly recommend Michael if youre looking for someone reliable and respectful! |

| Summary: The service provided by both Micheal Yeh and David Barron was outstanding. Owning a Porsche is an expensive proposition. Both Micheal and David understand that exceptional service is part of the owner experience. I appreciate their efforts to ensure that my visit went smoothly. Overall, the dealership is extremely clean and all other staff that I made contact with were courteous but not overbearing. I am very pleased with my choice to take my business to Porsche Ontario. |

| Summary: Recently took my Cayman in for a diagnostic & Michael Yeh made sure everything was quick and smooth. I wasnt expecting to see my car until the next week but the service team got everything done within the same day! Just want to thank the service team and my service advisor Michael Yeh for always taking care of me when I go in, making sure I always have a loaner when I need & if not things are always done in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend. |
