| Summary: This was the first time I had been to the new location and the gentleman that helped me when I first pulled my car in to get it serviced acted like he did not want to answer any of my questions or even help me.
However, Alexis was so nice. She helped me with some coupons I got in the mail, showed me where the waiting room, coffee and water were. She even took the time to answer a couple of questions after the service was done! |

Special shout out for Alexis Patton who explained the service performed on our 2020 outback, answered questions we had, and advised what recommendations might be expected next service. |

Even though I had made an appointment for early afternoon, he told me to come in earlier just in case there were parts that needed to be ordered. Luckily that was not an issue and the problem was fixed in a timely manner and I was on my way. Thank you Matthew for all of your help! |

| Summary: I took my car in for the 120,000 mile service and was met by Matthew White. He was very thorough in his explanation of what would be covered. He kept me informed of any additional things that needed to be addressed while my car was being serviced. My car was ready when they said it would be. I love the new location and will continue using Crown Subaru Service Dept. for future service. (To note below, I can't remove the "Electrical Repair" item from this review--I did not come in for that--I came in for a scheduled maintenance.) |

| Summary: I realized when looking back at my reviews that it seems I have been remiss in mentioning some of the staff I have had the pleasure of working with...Falicha Newton in particular was the attendant I interacted with when I brought my car in for my routine oil change prior to the most recent oil change of April 10, 2024. Falicha was great. Both she and Alexis Patton (April 10,2024 service agent) went over the report with me about my car when the oil change was complete...let me know the wear on my tires and brakes, just a good explanation of the general condition of the vehicle. |
