The main reason I go to the dealership for my Honda's service and repair needs is because of the customer service. I have always been treated well and they respect my busy schedule. Although I have dealt with different service reps over the years, Josh Swiernik is my favorite by far. The time he takes to explain any issues to me that I don't understand is appreciated more than he knows. I feel like he genuinely cares about my safety by always letting me know when problems need my immediate attention or when it can wait a little longer. (An extra little touch that I don't always get from others who can sometimes make me feel guilty for not handling a very expensive repair.) He's the best!

Maribel Franco at Classic Honda has a tough job making sure that all customers come in for service and get out as quickly as happy Honda Car Owners....she works Fast, on the phone with others like the mechanics manager to find out when my car will be ready. ALL IN ALL , SHE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE AMONG THE OTHERS AT HONDA . I THINK ITS BC THEY HAVE GOOD MANAGEMENT . I've been buying and coming in for regular service for years, and I've seen how they DO NOT keep the workers that are not "PROPER CLASSIC HONDA FAMILY " .... Maribel Franco has been a dedicated long time part of that family. .THE ABOVE IS, WHY i GO TO A DEALERSHIP- specifically Classic......Everyone is always trying to talk me out of going to a dealership and just go to the mechanic on the corner ......no,no,no ! .... I like to see Maribel Franco each time bc she is so professional and proficient, making sure the certified mechanics that are working on my car get to know what my car needs. mostly Oil Change and Normal Svc.
